Congratulations to both Louise Allison and Michaela Canham on passing their Exams!
Louise has passed the NFOPP Technical award in Residential Estate Agency. The Technical Award studying and exams include Estate Agency Law and Practice, Building Construction and Pathology, Health and Safety and Property Construction and Appraisal. Coupled with The NVQ is Residential Property which Louise passed earlier this year, now making the sales department at Escritt Barell Golding the most qualified team in the whole of Grantham.

Also in the same week Michaela Canham passed the NFOPP Techinal Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. The award subjects include Health, Safety and General Law, Legal Aspects of Letting, Letting Practice and Management. Given the short time Michaela has been in the industry she has done exceptionally well to undertake and pass the exams with flying colours.

The awards are highly recognised within the industry and we at Escritt Barrell Golding would like again to say a big CONGRATULATIONS to both Louise and Michaela!!!
